OVERVIEW
In 2017, team launched the ‘Amazon Insider’ service for Amazon tablet users. Amazon Insider is the go-to place for Fire Tablet users to discover new content, get tips, tricks and recommendations to help them get the most out of their Fire tablet. This service helps users by delivering personalized content to their home-screen and leading them to a custom feed of where they can access deals, how-to's, and and access all the things happening at Amazon. Launching this channel meant designing a visual framework for how content is featured, targeted, and scheduled to appear in a user's feed, not only based on their unique tastes, but for a cohesive browsing and discovery experience. I contributed to increase the click thru rate by catching customer’s attention with visually appealing design. So, I tried to create a high-quality visual experience design for Amazon device engagement. The content remains central to the page and enhances it by engaging users and helping to build their trust and interest in the product. We also did A/B testing to figure out the better performing variation. We could scientifically tested our hypotheses, so it was helpful to improve the work. Amazon Insider has successfully brought entertainment, tools, and skills to millions of users in North America and United Kingdom. |
